ARCO/Murray has been named DFW’s 3rd Fastest Growing Company in the Middle Market! Dallas Business Journal ranks companies by a weighted growth index tied to annual revenue. ARCO/Murray’s growth index came in at an astonishing 687% growth from 2014 – 2016! ARCO/Murray Welcomes Austin Brasher

ARCO/Murray welcomes new Project Manager, Austin Brasher. Austin recently graduated from SMU with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Austin has prepared for his new role through the ARCO/Murray internship and co-op programs. He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project including estimating, preliminary due diligence, design management, construction management, general contracting, cost control, and scheduling. We are excited to have Austin join ARCO/Murray as a full-time team member!

ARCO National Construction is excited to announce the addition of our new Project Manager, Kale Odom. Kale recently graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering. Kale has prepared for his new role through the ARCO internship and co-op programs. He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project including estimating, preliminary due diligence, design management, construction management, general contracting, cost control, and scheduling. ARCO Completes Automated Sorting Facility for Scannell Properties and FedEx Ground


We are excited to have completed this 288,416 SF Automated Sorting Facility for Scannell Properties and FedEX Ground in Oceanside, California! This facility comes equipped with a 15,329 SF Office, 3,070 SF Security Building, 5,180 SF Vehicle Maintenance Building, and a 176,988 SF Sloped Floor Slab in the Loading Area. This new distribution center will sort and deliver small packages, operate 24-7, and has brought employment to the area. Congrats to the project team on a job well done!

We are excited to have completed this 292,000 SF build-to-suit facility for Scannell Properties and Mobis Parts America in South Windsor, Connecticut! The auto parts distribution center features 25 dock positions, a 40,0000 SF mezzanine, 32’ clear height, and 5,000 SF of office space. Congrats to the project team on a job well done!

We are pleased to announce that Shane Ranz has joined the ARCO National team as a project manager at our Cincinnati office. Shane comes to ARCO with over 9 years of professional experience. As Project Manager, Shane will be directing all construction and administrative commitments for the jobs in which he handles. This includes project estimating, design management, general contracting, cost control, and scheduling. ARCO National Construction is proud to announce that Vice President, Chris Wilson, has become a Principal and Shareholder in the company.

Chris Wilson joined ARCO in 2005 as a Project Manager. He was promoted to Director of Business Development in 2013 and Vice President in 2016. Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University.

ARCO National Completes Performance Food Group Facility


ARCO National Construction just recently completed the construction on this 167,763 SF Food Distribution Center. As one of the many Performance Food Group locations completed by ARCO worldwide, this is the first new build completed in the northeastern part of the United States.

Project highlights include:

• 127,990 SF Heated Warehouse
• 23,658 SF -10◦ Freezer
• 8,743 SF Cold Dock
• Refrigerated Freezer and Cold Dock that Utilize a Freon based system with Electric Defrost
• LED Lighting with Motion Sensors
• 2,500 Amp Electrical Service
• Mechanically Fastened 60 mil TPO Roof System

This new food distribution center is well-equipped with the most state-of-the-art technology and equipment to ensure daily operations and management are carried out to PFG’s high standards.
